A New York Times article declared: “Compression socks and hose are no longer for grandma.” It was this vision and her desire to find colorful and fasionable compression hose that drove Alex Reyes, a hair stylist and owner of Tramps Salon in Austin, Texas, to collaborate with her brother Tomas Reyes, a New York-based fashion designer to create Tramps Fashion Compression Hosiery.
A New York-based contemporary, luxury womenswear company, TaschNYC specializes in sexy, unique separates designed to make a woman feel her best. Each piece is made in NYC with love using fabrics sourced from local businesses. In 2014, founder Tasch Madeleine launched with a small selection of graphic tees. The collection has grown in three short years to encompass skirts, dresses, rompers, pants, shirts and of course her signature graphic tees.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Haute Holidays Girls Night out pop up shop event at the Time Hotel. Guests enjoyed cocktails and music while shopping for Tasch tees, tops, slipdresses, lace skirts and custom items. For this OOTD I decided to rock my Suzi jogger pants, which are uber comfy and chic perfect for a girls night out shopping event and then the afterparty eats at Bodega Negra and partying at Electric Room. You can see the full OOTD designer deets below. Also check out Nicole and Anika wearing our Tom Ford graphic tees. Beyond adorbs. Thanks ladies for helping me out xx.
A little under a week left till my Spring/Summer 2015 show, it’s literally down to the wire and the insomnia is getting worse in order to get everything done in time, only a few samples left to finish, some last minute photos to take, finishing up pricing, line sheets, lookbook and more. It’s a lot or work but I’m super excited. You can get your tickets here for SBFW before you leave for your holiday weekend. My show is September 6 at 12pm noon and I will be selling some fun graphic tees, camis and tops and taking advanced orders for the new line all day. So definitely get your tickets ASAP for NYFW and come visit us!
Summer might have just begun but for me in addition to tanning on the beach, lobster rolls, beach bonfires barefoot, sticky nights out in hidden bars it also signifies that fashion week is only 3 months away. So even though I’ve been adding more pieces, there is still a ton of work to do. Spending this week sketching away and fabric sourcing so I’m not scrambling in the depths of August to finish my collection.
Having a start up means having the luxury of doing things on your own terms but on the flipside is if you don’t do something it’s not going to get done so staying on top of things is the most important thing in this game. So I’m staying proactive and getting things done in advance, working 24/7 and having fun while doing it. This is where my anal business degree comes into play to keep my creative side in line. It’s all about balance.

As we all know I love shorts and one piece outfits, I am constantly running around and is the weather is finally getting warmer, I can’t wear leggings 24/7 anymore. Rompers are so easy and chic. I love this new romper I just made in a luxe tribal aztec esque silk print. It has cute little cuffed sleeves and also has an amazing exposed back zipper in orange. Rompers are now available on special order by emailing email@example.com
We are so excited that our hard copy lookbooks are all finished. We kept it short and sweet just like our designs. Boutiques, bloggers, and press please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be mailed a hard copy of our lookbook, linesheets, and full Welcome packet!
Yes, we do love all things pink here at Tasch, and decided to bind our lookbooks with a hot pink ribbon, it seems much chicer than ugly plastic or wire binding, non?
